Obtained company award for helping to grow the event over a 5 year period from an attendance of 150 to over 1000 people together with the General Chair. - As the Component Manager for production components, managed communication with vendors and was the main point of contact for all component related issues ( supply and pricing included )before and after production - developing and building strong relationships with electronic component suppliers worldwide. Reduced risk of production launch delays due to shortage of components by strong accurate communication of forecasts and schedules with manufacturing teams. - Manage, track, resolve and close all customer action items with cross functional internal teams, from quarterly business reviews with channel partners in Asia, resulting in more productive follow-up meetings, enabling time to be spent more productively on product updates and new technology discussions.
