I oversee the day to day operations of the business which includes finance, board reporting, marketing, recruitment, compliance, business development strategy, relationship management and office management.Fichtner Australia was established in 2021 as a trusted partner in all types of engineering, infrastructure and consulting projects; with a strong focus on hydrogen, renewable energy and waste-to-energy. As the Administration & Operations Manager, I have been tasked to set up business operations for the Australian office and provide support to the CEO & MD.

As the Research & Operations Manager, I deliver pre-deal CEO and Board identification for private equity investments, specific market intelligence and research support for Executive Chair, CEO and C-suite searches for both private equity investments and commercial clients.
