Senior Communications Analyst
CurrentOversee the implementation of both internal and external communication initiatives, with responsibility for organizational and creative tasks to standardize the messaging and ensure that all communications accurately represent the AWG brand.Strengthen brand awareness by bringing creative ideas and new approaches to internal and external messaging with the goal to maintain audience engagement. Support corporate objectives that build cross-functional relationships across the company and increase stakeholder awareness and engagement through the writing, editing and distribution of weekly communication digest for each of AWG’s wholesale divisions.Align brand messaging through creating or revising messages, including internal and external emails, executive communications, AWG corporate social media content, and content for the public website, employee intranet, and AWG member intranet (StoreFront). Increase employee efficiency and member satisfaction with annual update of new member guide and informational resource guide.Author and edit press releases to publicize new high-level employees, new board members, executive retirements, new facility groundbreaking ceremonies, and vendor partnerships.Improve customer and vendor satisfaction by monitoring, responding to, and routing inquiries in the corporate communications email inbox. Support the success of the annual AWG Innovation Showcase by crafting and sending communication to attendees (members, vendors, employees) and editing presentation material preparation.Increased vendor and employee efficiency by formatting and editing an official AWG Vendor Compliance Manual in 2022 and helping create a process to keep the document evergreen as vendor requirements continue to change throughout the organization.
