I hold both a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology. I also earned a Clinical Psychology Doctorate (PsyD) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Irvine. I hold memberships with the American Psychological Association, California Psychological Association, Orange County Psychological Association, and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. I dedicate myself to helping anyone with any mental barrier in the realm of performance, including athletes, musicians, test-takers, actors, business professionals, and more. I am focused on supporting performers to achieve optimal performance and overall psychological well-being. The physical part of the performance is only part of the picture. The mental side puts you over the edge. To integrate the mental side, I incorporate performance skills, including reducing and better managing stress, increasing concentration, learning strategies to perform under pressure, improving consistency, enhancing overall performance, injury rehabilitation, and reducing performance anxiety. I individualize treatment plans to tailor the needs of each client. I teach the appropriate mental skills and provide tools for clients to keep in their toolbox for future engagements. I promise to be there for clients each step of his or her journey. My goal is to help clients grow from adversity and move forward to where they want to be.I have office space in Jefferson Park, Illinois, and I offer both virtual and tele-health sessions.
