Supervised by a licensed psychologist to test children 18 months to 18 years old for Autism using the ADOS and for cognitive delays using a variety of cognitive measures from PsychCorp, Pearson, and WPS. Appointments are frequently completed with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychology, medical, and speech-language pathology to determine diagnosis.

Provides mental health service coordination services, according to the level of need, to a population of serious and persistent mental health consumers as described by the most recent Pennsylvania Bulletins regarding Blended Service Coordination, and in accordance with the Allegheny County MH/MR Plan. As a Service Coordinator, I am responsible for the performance of the General Service Coordination duties as well as the specific duties as assigned to each level of service. The primary function of the Service Coordination Unit is to provide the person with serious mental health issues with professional assessment, service planning, service coordination, referral, and re-evaluation services required for a safe and healthy community life which is manifested through stability in relationships, housing and employment. The development of enduring relationships with those served is critical, with persistent outreach, being the central contact point in the system, coordinating care and assisting the person in their recovery process.

Working at Williams Sonoma taught me the value of wearing many hats. I was very flexible in my abilities to sell, do floorset, organize the stockroom, teach cooking classes, and even come up with creative posts for social media. During my time at store 345, I used flexibility to take in account business needs. Working in a small store with 1-2 other people on staff at a time, you learn to do it all!

During my time at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. I would take calls, emails, and chats worldwide to solve customer situations that ranged from returns, damaged materials, ordering, discounts, and associate complaints. Often I had to take escalated calls from the call center, and solve problems of customers and create a good experience for then. During my time at AEO I learned to quickly de-esclate a customer in a timely manner without wavering on company standards and maintaining a positive attitude.
