Over the years, I have gotten involved with a network of families in need of childcare through both church communities and neighbors. I have had the opportunity to develop relationships with over 20 families to regularly contact me when they are in need of someone to watch their children. These families vary in number of children as well as ages (1-6 children, ages 0-14).

As a team leader with Next Step Ministries, it is my responsibility to be the main point of contact for both the groups traveling to Crownpoint, New Mexico for a week long missions trip, and the community members who interact with the ministry. Aside from serving those who parter with the organization for the summer, the team leader serves the team of college student summer staff who dedicate their time to ensure these trips run smoothly. Through organization, budgeting, decision making, and other leading responsibilities, the team leader has the responsibility of encouraging and supporting those around them. Additionally, each day of the week is spent leading high schoolers through construction projects varying from roofing to full houses and attending nightly worship services.

-Develop and implement community educational classes and events based on assessment of health education and screening needs of the community-Establish and secure relevant topics with the speakers for educational classes offered to the community, Souhegan Valley Health and Wellness Fair, and Easter Eggstravaganza events-Create, book, and plan classes that actively support St. Joseph Hospital both internally and externally-Responsible for preparation and creation of education materials for programs and classes-Navigate ProClass as well as tend to phone calls and emails

Responsibilities include:-connecting with the stores to complete demonstrations of associated brands in a professional manner-representing brands for numerous dietician conventions

May-August 2014, 2015-Leading high schoolers through construction projects-Organize six nights of worship -Choose songs -Lead a team of musicians-Sing on the worship team-Create a welcoming atmosphere to encourage people to encounter Jesus.
