Objective of 'Project Spring' was to close out issues resulting from moving from one technological platform to another. To develop a programme to build the business confidence. My primary responsibility was to monitor and report on the work packages being implemented for each Business Process Owner.My tasks involved coordinating meetings and workshops with various stakeholders to gain clarity of business process and issues faced with implementation of this new system. I played an active role in collating information, analysing and reporting on findings. With the use of Microsoft tools including Visio, Powerpoint and Excel I was able to present my findings to help drive solutions for the business. By monitoring and reporting on residual issues we were able to track the progress of project works and understand best way to achieve results. On each of the residual issues or change requests, I worked closely with the technical team being the main point of contact to ensure each project stayed on track, hosted User Acceptance Testing, identifying any issues and provide business support where necessary. I supported the development of change initiatives and assisted in production of User Guides, delivery of communication messages and any supporting collateral and training requirements.Alongside this I developed training needs analysis. I was able to assess areas that required attention and schedule training in time with developments that were moved to 'live'. As well as set up a Business Process library with associated documentation for users to refer to. Amongst other responsibilities I acted as a main point of contact for Wotif Group to ensure fraudulent transactions were kept to a minimum, by investigating and preventing potential fraudulent transactions, making regular updates to our database and informing interested parties. It was important for me to assist with any Airline ADM’s (Airline Debit Memos) and take the necessary steps to resolve it. I communicated regularly with Airlines via Amadeus GDS, BSP link and Consolidator to efficiently process automated and manual refunds. I regularly attended to notices of credit card disputes from Banks and Airlines and took the necessary steps to recover money and balance outstanding files.
