In my current role as the Managing Director, HR Service Delivery at KPMG Canada, I report to the COO and am a member of the HR Executive Team. I provide advice to C-suite executives and consultative HR expertise to senior business leaders helping them resolve people-related challenges. I lead the HR Delivery Centre and a number of HR Centres of Expertise including HR Automation & Analytics, Employee Relations and Workforce Mobility to ensure the firm’s HR priorities are in clear alignment with business needs. Some of my key priorities consist of driving efficiency and impact through technology enabled HR service delivery and managing employment risk by ensuring HR compliance with firm standards and employment-related legislative and regulatory requirements.I am a subject matter expert in the areas of HR compliance, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development having worked in the professional services and high-tech industries.
