CurrentRepresent top-tier universities partnered with 2U to deliver leading online masters programs to clients nationwide.-Responsible for remotely recruiting and retaining qualified graduate students into online masters programs, generating $5 million in revenue (based on 52 current graduates)-Consult and influence prospective students to enroll in our program offerings by building strong relationships and selling the value propositions unique to our programs-Consistently meet or exceed sales benchmarks each quarter by 100%-150%-Manage an individual pipeline consisting of hundreds of interested leads-Lead team meetings to strategize best practices, new initiatives, and process improvements based on data reporting, industry trends, and client/student feedback-Frequently collaborate with various stakeholders internally and externally to successfully enroll cohorts of students on a quarterly basis (i.e. Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Faculty, etc.)-Effectively manage daily operations including frequent phone and email outreach to clients, and management of variety of projects, initiatives, and deadlines.-Successfully helped launch the first recruiting cycle of the online Masters in Marketing Analytics offering through American University
