In this work experience, I was able to start my first internship, since I initially had a professional training course where I could acquire knowledge and begin to develop IT Recruitment skills.after three months of finishing and passing the course, I started my internship and became part of the recruiting team at ConexiónHR.In this way I got my first internship with the real world, interviewing IT professionals, making the corresponding reports and publishing job offers on various portals such as linkedIn, Indeed, etc.
