Intervention psychosociale et coordination de l'ensemble du projet: respecter les échéanciers et les budgets, rédiger les rapports d'activités, assurer les liens avec les partenaires et certains fournisseurs, développer et organiser le programme d'activités de formation, soutenir la création d'un film portant sur la surconsommation réalisé par 10 jeunes adultes participants, diffuser l'oeuvre dans le milieu.

Funded by the Regional Health and Social Services Agency, POSA helps youth 35 and younger deal with social isolation and gives them tools to get beyond poverty. It offers reinsertion services for them to get back on their feet through employment programs, opportunities to get involved in youth projects and offers youth street worker services throughout the Chambly/Marieville area...

Overseeing all aspects of business developpement, sales and production, I created the first certified organic frozen baby food line in Canada. Listed with Metro and over a hundred health food chains or store, the products were available throughout Quebec and Ontario and were recognized by renouned chefs as gourmet baby food. The project won a prize at the Quebec Entrepreneurship Contest for the island of Montreal South West district.
