I believe in starting with the end in mind, breaking down problems and taking incremental steps on a path to achieve a common goal. Perfection takes too long and is rarely achievable.It’s important to me to ensure people connect their work to a shared vision for change. Providing opportunities for teams to be able to influence change helps them feel part of a bigger movement rather a victim of it.Outside of work, you will find me restoring my energy on my yoga mat, out for a jog or walk with my dog.
