I solve problems by bringing the right people and the right energy to the table to encourage new thinking. I am inspired by Einstein’s statement that, “we cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them.” In roles as Chief of Staff and Change Leader, I’m best at addressing the challenges that span multiple functions and require collaboration of various leaders to be successful. I believe in starting with the end in mind, breaking down problems and taking incremental steps on a path to achieve a common goal. Perfection takes too long and is rarely achievable.It’s important to me to ensure people connect their work to a shared vision for change. Providing opportunities for teams to be able to influence change helps them feel part of a bigger movement rather a victim of it.Outside of work, you will find me restoring my energy on my yoga mat, out for a jog or walk with my dog.
