My task was to grow the temporary help business, in all niche markets, coming out of a difficult recession. I was able to start at ground zero and thrust my business to a top performing level. 2011 and 2012 Top Sales in Gross Margin at this growing, dynamic company.

My journey at Kimco was fabulous as I spent my first five years as a Branch Manager spearheading administrative and light industrial business in Irvine, CA. After five years, I was promoted to Vice President to lead the company in the development of our technical division, KimTec. Within KimTec I gain exceptional knowledge in the area of Information Technology, Engineering, Scientific and high level Manufacturing. Today this company continues to thrive under the name of Advantex Professional Services. Building an amazing team of professionals, I was then promoted to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships whereby I was allowed to support our sales staff in the development of the vendor on premise program. When all other staffing companies were searching for industrial on site, Kimco led the industry by focusing on technical on site business. We built an incredible vendor on premise department by identifying safe and highly profitable technical companies searching for an experienced and highly dedicated staffing partner.
