My primary responsibilities involved spearheading strategic initiatives, contributing to the development of the company culture through effective and creative communications, establishing efficient intake processes, and crafting impactful strategies for key events and internal programs.Impacted by a reduction in force, some key accomplishments during this time include:- Developed innovative communication strategies for various programs, including employee recognition, DEI&B initiatives, All-Hands, and Town Hall meetings. Collaborated with key stakeholders, infused insights and best practices into the planning process, and continuously implemented feedback to ensure the success of these initiatives.- Utilized a consulting-style skillset to distill complex company information, insights, and legal obligations into easy-to-understand communications.
