• Oversee day to day operations of the Westside ESC• Manage hiring, scheduling and supervision of staff, including supporting and supervising Office Manager, Case Managers, and Job Developers and Resource/Facilitation team• Conduct performance reviews of staff and participating in partner staff reviews • Ongoing program development, evaluation and design • Perform regular Quality Assurance audits through ICM and hard file reviews• Train staff on policy and ICM changes • Work collaboratively with Directors to ensure consistency among catchments• Identify system improvements and create implementation plans • Contact person for clients who have concerns or complaints, provide responses to Ministry as required• Overview of data input and accuracy • Keep accurate records for funders, agency, business partners and participants • Work with Ministry and YWCA Directors to ensure program success and accountability
