As Yoga Therapist, I am a highly trained professional who utilizes the principles and techniques of yoga to support individuals in achieving and maintaining optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I work closely with patients, tailoring yoga practices and sequences to address specific health concerns or conditions. Through a combination of postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. I help clients manage cravings, and pain, reduce stress, improve flexibility, enhance body awareness, and promote overall wellness. I conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, including diet and relaxation techniques. I collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

I work with anyone that is struggling with mental or physical issues. I teach them techniques to stay happy and healthy so they live their best life.
