Responsibilities included: refining and further developing the company's brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communications materials, designing and developing the company website, creating online and offline promotional materials such as advertisements, pamphlets, brochures, stickers, banners, in-store signage and other graphics, copy writing, maintaining the company’s social media presence, developing promotional products, assisting Rubiks clients with their graphic needs.

Projects included: logos, promotional print materials, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, web banners, etc. The majority of the work done was related to the event industry. Clients included medical, professional, and trade associations, non-profit organizations, and local event planners. Pieces were very concept-driven in order to attract the appropriate target audience, and as such I also participated in creating supporting slogans, taglines, marketing copy and illustrations.

Initial responsibilities as a designer included: creating Adobe Illustrator diagrams and spec sheets for various promotional products. Dealing with color separations and preparation for color plates. Within 1 month moved on to assisting the VP of Marketing in various endeavours such as: creating a product catalogue for the company, redesigning the company website, photographing products, designing logos for different product lines, preparing marketing presentations, and developing marketing campaigns.
