I am a technology and data management advisor for nonprofit organizations, passionate about using technology solutions to solve community-based issues. I counsel and educate non-profits on how to incorporate and use technology and the data that technology generates -- to see what’s happening in the organization, and make better decisions about how to operate, serve and engage. My belief that technology is a critical enabler to nonprofits achieving their missions when leaders (a) imagine how to better serve constituents; (b) outline a future that’s more impactful and productive; (c) make financially responsible technology choices today. Over 20+ years working inside of nonprofit organizations, I have worn many hats and know how organizations work (operate, measure, speak and serve), allowing me to quickly see issues and opportunities, and translate them into technology and business recommendations that work with all stakeholders (executive teams, staff, constituents, board members, donors). This experience underpins my direct approach to partnering with nonprofit leaders to understand mission and strategy, assess current and desired states, and guide decision making in line with the demands of the organization.
