Head hunted by Rossmore properties to help project manage the fit out of a new family entertainment centre, called BASE, in Co Kildare, and to manage the centre upon completion. Key player in collaborating with Owners and Manufacturers in the design of play centre unlike anything ever seen in Ireland before; whilst liaising with builders, contractors and sub-contractors in all areas of the centre;Due to planning issues & the financial crisis the project was put on hold (2010). Re-approached in 2013 to see the project through to completion but decided to stay in BNY Mellon. The centre was opened in December 2013 and is a phenomenal success

Wicklow And Carlow

Project managed the creation and opening of two very successful entertainment centres. Both consisted of bowling, a video arcade and pool tables and a children’s indoor adventure play area with party rooms and dining facilities for approx. 150 people. The Centre's catered for all age groups of children, teenagers and adults and opened 7 days a week.
