• Manage over 300 properties for local and out of state investment owners in the Quad City area• Conduct spot inspections during tenancy to insure property protection for our owners• Conduct move in and move out inspections • Compile list of repairs and upgrades needed for properties to be put back on the market

• Administrate all points of production from receiving purchase orders via fax or email, writing up confirmations and vendor orders, to tracking shipments and invoicing accounts. • Utilize Account Edge for database management, sales tracking, and creation of documents such as packing slips and invoices.• Organize and manage all jobs in progress by using Excel, Word, and manually filing pertinent documents.

• Use product knowledge to assist clients in finding the perfect wedding gown and accessories • Represent the company by conveying the "David's Difference" to every client• Keep up with clients throughout the entire event planning process by frequently calling to book comeback appointments
