Looking to collaborate and apply my empathic, creativity, logistical skills, and enthusiasm for social welfare in a challenging socially supportive position that will best utilize my dedication and intensity while providing opportunities for professional growth.My history in customer service and a degree in Human Services gives me a great advantage in identifying the needs of co-workers and clientele. I have a positive and friendly attitude that my team and customers can sense and appreciate. I'm looking for a position that will give me exposure beyond the child and family service advocacy, general social welfare, and customer services that I am so familiar with. My ability to communicate with excellent written and verbal skills, and to put others at ease will suit any employer. Especially in a field where there is value in quality of assurance, and cultural competency. Regardless of outcome in most situations, those whom I have interacted with walked away satisfied because they felt engaged and heard the entire time--happy with the process and having no reason to believe they weren't supported by myself every step of the way. I have experience volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate; writing court reports, and gaining insight through exposure to juvenile dependency court, child and family services, and performing internships surrounding at-risk youth advocacy, and wraparound services.
