Successfully implement pharmacy expansion and optimization projects for OptumRx's Integrated Pharmacy Growth team. This role requires that I execute tactfully, being mindful of evolving industry standards and government regulations. I am grateful to be in a position which allows me the opportunity to engage with all levels of the organization. Managed 5+ large scale programs that consisted of two or more projects within each program. Each program has components of Ballad Health’s Management Action Plan, and/or Certificate of Public Advantage, TN and Cooperative Agreement, VA requirements. I collaborated with senior executives and operational leadership to bridge the vision of the program to implementation at the operational level. This position required me to partner with the IT project managers, the construction project managers, the operational excellence team, and/or vendor project managers to ensure the project/program stays within timeline, scope and budget. I acted as the air traffic controller for each program and implemented appropriate risk management strategies to keep projects on scope.

Responsible for leading Ballad Health’s efforts in driving improvements in healthcare by transforming clinical quality data into actionable information. Supporting clinical outcomes required that I work directly with Ballad's Physician Clinical Council, Chief Medical Officers, and organizational leaders. Additionally, I hired, trained, and managed the workloads of a highly technical and professional team of Clinical Quality Analysts, and was responsible for performance evaluations and professional development. Additionally, I optimized departmental efficiencies and improved performance.

This role encompassed financial and management responsibilities on contract projects for an organization that provides warehousing, logistics and transportation services to Fortune 500 organizations. In this position I further developed my project management, financial analysis, and communication skillsets.
