Every mixture is specifically formulated to be therapeutically effective, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious to savour.Camellia sinensis is my muse. Each new addition to the Camellia sinensis menu is thoughtfully curated according to quality, grade, flavour, and origin. All teas are ethically sourced, primarily from multi-generation tea farms. Rare and exquisite high elevation spring teas are especially celebrated.Water Over Leaves is located on an acre of land on the North Shore of Nelson, BC. My medicinal micro-gardens will begin cultivation this year to eventually provide you with a true garden to teacup experience. The tea studio will open in 2024/25 to provide a retail space for tea and medicine. Show less
