Melanie has over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, providing executive search, interim and consultancy solutions across the education sector, she has experience of delivering complex recruitment programmes across Higher Education, Independent schools, and Multi Academy trusts. Her speciality is understanding the education sector and connecting talent that is passionate about providing inclusive education. Melanie has built a good network within the sector and throughout her career has supported many organisations identifying those in the sector and outside. Melanie has a passion for education, and she is a governor for an Academy as well as supporting her daughter’s independent school. She is committed to delivering high-quality and ethical services to both clients and candidates and to fostering long-term and trusted relationships across the education sector. Outside of work, Melanie is currently studying Level 7 ILM Executive Coaching & Mentoring course, allowing her to support leaders with their continued professional development. In addition, she is on the committee for her local netball club as Safeguarding and Welfare officer and also an active player. Melanie joins Anderson Quigley to continue her focus on working with independent schools and multi academy trusts as they continue to add professional service roles such as marketing, HR, estates and financial services.
