I have 8+ years of marketing experience across varying industries including professional events, tech innovation, financial services, insurance and SaaS.In 2016 I moved my career into the digital marketing space. I led the marketing strategy, campaigns and content creation for the Digital Marketing for Financial Services Conference portfolio at Strategy Institute. In 2017 I joined the Digital Consultancy at Aviva Canada, supporting 1300 Canadian Insurance Brokers. As a Digital Consultant, I audited the digital presence and performance of insurance brokerages, provided insight on strategy, and guided partnerships with vendors. During my time with Aviva Canada, I consulted on 50 broker engagements and vetted 47 vendor partners. Using my event experience, I planned, managed and executed the consultancy's digital education program. This included the Digital Workshop for Brokers, Boot Camp and Digital Webinar Series. I executed a total of 10 events, with onsite events hosting 20-30 brokers and the webinars hosting 150+ attendees. For six months, I joined Hackworks, an innovation start-up as an Innovation Program Manager. I helped enterprise level companies and not-for-profits craft impactful and innovative programs to inspire change within their organizations and meet their business objectives. I returned to Aviva Canada as a Digital Consultant in 2019, and I continued to support Broker partners across Canada. I specialized in helping brokers with their content marketing strategy, Google Analytics, website design and functionality, SEO, SEM and digital sales funnel management. I hosted multiple webinars and tailored digital sessions for brokers across Canada, covering topics such as Social Media, LinkedIn Employee Advocacy, Email Marketing, Email Automation and more.In 2021, I joined the Copper CRM team as their Customer Marketing Manager. I was promoted to Senior Customer Marketing Manger in 2023 with a direct report. At Copper, I support multiple points in the customer journey. From crafting and delivering tailored in-app experiences for our customers to producing and hosting our quarterly customer webinar, I wear many hats. My role also includes the creation and execution of various customer advocacy programs, including referral programs, case studies, research and more. I am a dog mom and avid hiker of the Rocky Mountains. In 2021, I turned a hobby into a small business and started Ghost Country Co. crafting homemade rustic gifts.
