I am an elementary school extended learning teacher with over 30 years of experience. I received my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership on May 23, 2015 and have received my Principal Certification. My goal is to explore employment opportunities based on my varied skill set.This is an exciting and challenging time of growth and change. I genuinely love all aspects of education and leadership and I am ready to take the next step in my career. I possess strong skills in collaboration, planning, organization, professional development creation and presentation, problem solving, data driven decision making, conflict resolution, and communication.Because of my diverse work background, which includes over 30 years of teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum writing, professional development presentation, and instructional coaching , I believe that I am uniquely qualified for any position which involves management, teaching, coaching, educational sales, human resources, communication, and organization. I am open to new fields and opportunities and adapt easily and quickly to challenges.
