At this point, 1400 orders with a late / incorrect payment document were followed up and alerts were generated in order to avoid them, we currently have zero orders in this state.- Approval of pre-load orders in Dinet's internal system for order assembly, that reduced the delivery lead time from 3 days to 1 on average.

-Logistics management of exports to Bolivia (BCC, KCP, Family, Adult and Fem categories) coordinating the process from forecast to delivery. The delivery time at destination was reduced from 25 days to 10 on average.-Documentation for export such as affidavits, pro-formas and quotes for new products and landed calculations for the importation of products: import costs, freight, ad valorem, among others.-Provide support in invoice audits to the Logistics Operator where a 90% reduction in erroneous payment documents was achieved.-Monitoring of Spot Import / Export operations and documents: COAS, Certificate of Origin, CNCA Certificate, Invoicing.

-Import planning of global brands (Stella Artois, Corona, Budweiser and Michelob) based on coverage, inventory and freshness policies, shrinkage risks, forecasts, etc. -Theoretical Stock Out in order to generate rapid daily alerts due to lack of product to carry out plant transfers to DCs or between centers.-Follow-up through Frozen audits and PPA (production compliance indicators) that are sent to Mexico.-Smart plan report in which they are updated by plants, production lines, shifts and SKUs what will be produced with a three-week horizon and this is input for the warehouse and inventory teams. It went from being weekly to daily in order to better monitor the areas involved, which provided greater order at the national level.
