Responsible for managing the regional recruitment for our Infrastructure division with a specific focus on Cost Management, Project Management and Project Controls.Developing and maintaining relationships with senior Directors within the business, implementing attraction strategies to recruit the best talent in the industry.

Supporting the Transportation business with recruitment for the Project Delivery Practice including Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering Management and Commercial roles.• Support the business to identify and define the resource requirement, obtain the necessary authorisation and establish the most appropriate and cost effective method of recruitment • Talent attraction including social media, networking and talent pooling• Managing relationships with key stakeholders• Helping stakeholders with resource planning for future projects, identifying key areas of growth and developing recruitment strategies• First point of contact for candidates, delivering detailed information about suitable roles and Atkin’s as a company• Interviewing candidates (including senior levels), determining suitability for the business• Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures for the attraction, on-boarding and maintenance of temporary and contract workers and permanent hires.• Support and drive internal talent mobility to increase visibility within the organisation through close liaison with the Attraction team and wider Resourcing Centre of Expertise (RCofE) • Ensure that temporary and contract workers are engaged in line with best practice, including, but not limited to, accountability for legal compliance, minimising risks and striving for achievement of diversity goals • Work in conjunction with Supply Management in the development of highly effective relationships with recruitment suppliers • Provide advice around IR35 to contractors • Involved in various projects including STEM, Civilian Work Attachment for the armed forces and diversity improvement.
