About Melanie Moore

I lead the marketing team at Pender where I have been for over 15 years. I joined the company in 2006, and found a wonderful opportunity for the marketing function to raise the profile and support the growth of our investment firm. The team I lead works on digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, regular media, masses of editorial, not one but three websites, podcasts, videos and more. Marketing is innovating and evolving fast and while it was more of an "art" when I started in Marketing, it's now definitely as much a "science" as we track metrics and use analytics to optimise our activities. As a senior marketing and communications professional, my background before Pender saw me working for both multi-national corporate and small-to-medium enterprise companies in Hong Kong, the UK and Canada (where I am a citizen).
