As a Missional Strategist, I work closely with our Congregational Excellence team to Find; Equip; Plant; and Multiply missional leaders who create New Places for New People. I coach, consult, and implement transformational processes for pastors and laity who are leading in ministry both in and outside of the church.

I oversee the day to day operations of our client projects for both Hendrickson Business Advisors and Faith Perceptions (a division that works with churches and faith-based organizations). We use market research (Focus Groups, Surveys, and Mystery Shopping) to answer questions and develop strategies to help our clients reach their target audiences. We are experts at helping our clients achieve their goals by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information specific to their needs. I leverage 10 years of research experience and I love what I do. I love market research because it provides a way for people to share honestly and comfortably their viewpoints and experiences. That outside feedback helps them see why someone would (or would not) come back again.
