I am responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an organization where I am responsible for ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and effectively.I act as a liaison where I manage communication between departments, coordinate projects and initiatives, and represent the Chief of Information, Luqman Long. Not only that, I work on strategic planning to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan. I work closely with the senior executive to identify goals and objectives, develop action plans, and measure progress toward achieving the organization's overall mission.I also manage staff which includes hiring, training, and supervising the employees. Crisis management: In the event of a crisis or emergency, the chief of staff plays a critical role in managing the organization's response. This can include coordinating communication efforts, working with outside agencies, and ensuring that the organization is able to respond effectively and efficiently.
