I’ve been in the employee benefits industry for over 16 years and was previously in a retail management position for 9 years. I have 13 years of solely small employer benefits experience and 3 years of large employer benefits experience.For the last 4 years I have been the Director of Small Employer Services at GBS Benefits. In this role I have worked to facilitate the growth and scalability of our small employer services team by implementing streamlined processes and better workflows between other GBS departments, allowing for even smoother client experiences. We have successfully revamped our Small Employer Service Model to ensure our employer clients are getting renewal information faster than ever before by embracing technology and creating automations without losing the human touch that makes us GBS. We have also bolstered our already world-class service by adding new and exciting features such as GBS Advocacy for employees.
