I am passionate about HR and Sales. I ended up in the Tech Industry by coincidence - I studied Political Science and Law at the University of Heidelberg and started working at SAP as a student.I was fortunate enough to kick off my professional work-life at SAP and thanks to great leadership got the opportunity to move into a Sales role very quickly - I love the engagement with clients, the strategic discussions and working with a team to add value. After SAP I joined Workday and was part of the founding team of the DACH region. I had the great opportunity to build the Presales organization in the DACH and Southern Region and afterwards ran the Medium Enterprise GTM. A quick intermezzo at SAP followed before I took a break: got married, bought a house, adopted a dog and for the first time in my career worked not in HR at Icertis.I joined my second Startup Unicorn and current company HiBob at the beginning of 2022 and have found my dream company and role. I have the great privilege to structure the GTM for the DACH region and build the DACH team from scratch.This combines my strengths and passions: 1. Building New Teams 2. HR 3. People and 4. Startup LiveI am a GenZ advocat, fearless leader, nature and ocean lover. My Big Five for Life include: 1. Living in Sankt Peter Ording by the ocean - checked - 2. Living in South Africa - working on it and using Work from Anywhere soon 3. Being an active member of the Sea Shepherd team and protecting our oceans 4. Living in peace with nature and respecting all animals - I have been a vegan for 8 years now and 5. Simply being happy - every single day.
