I provide individual career advising and education to undergraduate students in all disciplines, particularly those in the Faculty of Arts. I support students with their career development and assist them with a range of job-search strategies. I use a supportive and motivational approach to coach students through the process of self-discovery and exploration in order to refine their career objectives. In addition, I research, design and facilitate workshops and conduct presentations, as well as coordinate/carry out panels, information sessions and large scale networking events and career fairs. I also liaise with student groups and respond to requests from faculty members and staff to provide career-related programming that responds to the needs of the particular subject, discipline or faculty.

I liaised and explored ways for students to interact with local and international employers (e.g. targeted career fairs, panel discussions and networking cafes). I coordinated the Internships & Student Affairs Ambassador Program and collaborated with the undergraduate student societies to encourage student engagement and promote career and student life events. I coordinated large-scale faculty events such as Open House, Discover McGill, Welcome Day and the Education Career Fair.
