Working for Hospice requires a vast knowledge of Medicare requirements that my team audits. This includes specific charting, advance directives, following up on orders needed, assisting with death certificates, and more. My responsibility extends to educating colleagues on charting requirements, reinforcing our collective mission to deliver the best possible patient care through precise record-keeping and effective information dissemination.
