Program Specialist
Current- Assist with the project management for three federal funded grants, including the National Coordinating Center for Epilepsy, National Center for a System of Services for CYSHCN (National Center), and the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI).- Support the development and implementation of ECHO activities, manage the call for proposals, attend sessions, and offer ongoing technical assistance using Project ECHO tools.- Develop, plan, and implement the annual QI learning collaborative for the National Center.- Execute the development of project materials regarding Institutional Review Board (IRB), Maintenance of Certification (MOC), and Continuing Medical Education (CME) applications.- Produce and disseminate program materials, including writing draft content, securing input from members/subject matter experts, developing marketing pieces, and utilizing various AAP communication channels.- Collaborate with advisory groups and external partners to manage the educational webinars and implement marketing/communication activities.- Oversee two collaboration sites, monitor content, and maintain member contact lists.- Provide technical assistance to pediatricians, grantees, state Title V programs, families/caregivers, and other health care professionals.- Track resources and requests in technical assistance trackers, idenifying follow-up needs, and refer inquiries to relevant program staff and subject matter experts.
