Life as we know it is not sustainable. As a world traveler who has studied and worked across 6 continents, I’ve witnessed the negative impacts of environmental and social challenges around the world. As such, I’m committed to finding creative, long-term solutions that meet our present needs without compromising the future generation’s ability to do the same. Whether in the field or the office, I’ve spent nearly 10 years amplifying social justice and advocacy-related initiatives by taking actionable, measurable steps to protect our communities and environments. As an “out-of-the-box” problem solver, I’m also known for questioning the status quo and streamlining processes that enhance performance and minimize inefficiencies within core business operations. After pivoting as a program leader in the higher education space, I positioned myself as the “grants guru,” leveraging dual grantmaking and grant writing skills to expand funding opportunities for organizations dedicated to improving world sustainability.A few career achievements include:► Administering a portfolio of 10 grantee organizations and identified 100+ new funder opportunities for future nonprofit, humanitarian projects. ► Designed and implemented a program budget and tracking spreadsheet that was recognized and adopted by programs in Australia, Costa Rica, China, India, Italy, and Spain. ► Established the “Answer Library” for the Jewish World Watch - a web-based reference guide containing standardized answers and data to utilize during the grant writing process. Signature Strengths include:► Program leadership► Grant lifecycle management► International affairs ► Data and performance analytics► Global project management► Process improvements ► Relationship Building ► Remote team management When I’m not working to improve world sustainability, you’ll likely find me reading, volunteering, geocaching, or learning about new languages and cultures. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I welcome the opportunity to connect with you!
