As a High Performing Teams Lead at Laing O'Rourke, I bring over 8 years of experience in executive coaching, organisational psychology, and change management to support the development and performance of teams and leaders in the construction industry. I am passionate about finding solutions that boost organisational performance through simple processes and attention to authentic and dynamic leadership, always aligned to organisational strategy.In addition to my current role, I am also the owner and senior principal consultant of The People & Performance Company, where I offer innovative and humanistic services to medium and large scale businesses, focusing on mental wellbeing, engagement, and productivity. In 2022, I launched a new arm of the consultancy to include high performance coaching for leaders, project managers, and developers in Web3, supporting investors and building mindfulness in the Metaverse. I am a keynote speaker on topics such as mental health and wellbeing, moving from complexity to simplicity in large organisations, and personal branding and authentic leadership. I hold a bachelor of psychological science, a professional development certificate in executive coaching, LSI and LI accreditation, and I am currently pursuing a juris doctor degree.
