Leading external communications and industry engagement for Queensland Urban Utilities' Developer Services department, which is responsible for assessing, approving and delivering water and sewerage connection services to developers.

Responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and behaviour change. I led the development of high quality communications for a range of marketing materials, including the quarterly newsletter which is distributed to more than 500,000 residential customers. I managed external customer and community events and contribute to community engagement plans and activities where an integrated approach is required.

I provided assistance in marketing, community engagement and media activities for Queensland Urban Utilities as part of the Marketing and Communications team. I was responsible for a wide range of activities including developing and producing publications, media monitoring, merchandise management, event management, marketing research, and developing communication plans and briefs.
