In 2013 First Class were invited to become the training provider for the Meetings Industry Association (mia) Learning and Development Academy. We have been working alongside a major national transport company since 2002.First Class has developed a reputation for design and delivery of high quality customised learning interventions that are fresh, up-to-date and memorable. Neuroscience and the affect on learners is high on the agenda, creating development opportunities for individuals with different learning styles, to learn more effectively in the unique ways which work for them.
