Hi đź‘‹ Mel Lay here! I have had a wild ride in my entrepreneurial journey. From a successful start-up in 2013 that got me a ticket onto ABC's Shark Tank with one of the top third highest performing episodes, to winning an internationally broadcasted battle with Target (after they copied my designs). All while co-founding a new sustainable blank t-shirt line: Allmade Apparel. I now reside as the Marketing Director, and absolutely LOVE it. My Marketing management has a massive emphasis in sustainable apparel manufacturing, but I am all about discussing all things business, influence, and story-telling.
