To be able to deliver information from Clarity (Project & Portfolio Management System), ING Retail Banking had the need to expand the existing Universe application and create new (standard) reports in Business Objects 6.5. After the implementation of Clarity, for the so called Tango program, Mel carried out an information analysis and a source analysis. After the implementation of Clarity, for the so called Tango program, Mel carried out an information analysis and a source analysis. With the restricted user requirements Mel developed a new Universe with Business Objects, developed reports and coordinated this with the users. After delivering the set of standard reports Mel was involved with other projects where she developed new weekly and monthly management reports (Project Accounting), consolidate these and delivered ad hoc reports on demand. As from the second half of 2009, because of a new version of Clarity and a new version of Business Objects (XI), Mel was involved with testing a new Universe and building the present management reports on the new data model of Clarity. Due to a merger of two Mental Health Organizations, the need arose to convert two client information systems into one good functioning system. A consequence of this was that new management reports needed to be developed from a new data warehouse and that users needed to be trained again. Mel was involved in several parts of those processes and the final result was a well tested conversion with new build management reports in Cognos ReportNet.
