Melinda Barnes Email and Phone Number
A Senior HR (People + Culture) and Communications Professional with 15+ years' experience who genuinely enjoys people (what an idea!). I believe that fostering a culture of kindness, collaboration, inclusion and passion leads to great successes. I believe that people are the heart and soul of an organization, and this mindset should be interwoven in all strategies, programs and policies. I believe that most people are not afraid of change; they fear perceived loss- it's our job to ensure transparency. I believe empathy, communication and trust are the foundation of culture. I believe when we properly attract, cultivate and prepare management to lead, individual growth & careers blossom. What I gravitate towards: Team Rebuilding (every team has their own brand), Communications, Change Management, Talent Strategies, Employee Relations, Project Management, Training & Development, KPI & Metrics (what's working here?), DEI Action, Leadership Awakening (not everyone knows how to harness their inner leader), People & Culture- all with a sense of humor, grace and vulnerability.... ;)
