Facilities & Maintenance Manager:Carries out strategic planning for building maintenance, facility budgets, managing third-party contractors, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of a workplace.Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning proceduresMaintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirementsOrganize and plan building installments and refurbishmentsSupervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendorsHandle insurance contractsKeep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocolDelegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team membersRun routine maintenance inspectionsMonitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservationPrepare and implement project budgets and timeframesComply with all health and safety policies and procedures.Safety Manager: Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices.Provides technical support to project managers.

Responsibilities:Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementationCarry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issuesCheck electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionalityPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesAllocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, welders,electricians,mechanic and etc.)Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessaryMonitor expenses and control the budget for maintenanceManage relationships with contractors and service providersKeep maintenance logs and report on daily activitiesEnsure health and safety policies are complied.Oversee repair of Fleet Management or MHE (Material Handling Equipments).Schedule and monitoring of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.Canvass and Purchase of Spareparts for Fleet, Industrial Machines and Facilities.
