• Assessing the consultant's design and providing suggestions for design modifications for cost optimization through value engineering.
• Review of tender documents – scope of work, BOQ and specification prior to tender after value engineering phase.
• Ensuring all drawings and documents are provided to contractor prior to construction kick off.
• Coordinating with consultants for any RFIs on the design and drawings, raised by the contractor.
• Monitoring the quality of work by regularly supervising the site and coordinating with the Contractor's engineer in charge to ensure proper standards are met.
• Assessing the workflow and ensuring that work progresses according to the construction schedule.
