I am the Founder of Think Human, an Adelaide-based consultancy combining strategy, dialogue and design to create more human experiences. I can support you to design and deliver your change project, design new services, develop strategy or provide 1:1 coaching for your leaders and teams. I am passionate about challenging limiting narratives of growing older and tackling ageism in society, with a particular drive to empower women to live intentionally and with confidence as they grow older. My practice is driven by the desire to connect directly with the citizen and service user voice and enable those who receive services to ‘be at the table’ where decisions are made that impact them.I have 25+ years experience in the not for profit and public sectors in the UK & Australia, having held leadership roles in service design, customer experience management, capability-building and innovation management in community-based organisations, aged care, youth, health, government and the volunteering sector. I have extensive experience in facilitation and strategic planning with Boards, senior executive and middle management teams, front line staff and local communities and am an accredited Organisational Coach, a certified Tiny Habits® coach and PROSCI Change Manage. I have postgraduate qualifications in Equality & Discrimination Studies and certification in narrative therapy and volunteers management.
