I have twenty-five years’ experience in the leadership development space and have worked with many leaders to help them grow, develop and progress throughout their careers. I have extensive experience of working with blue chip and high profile public sector organisations and have worked in many sectors such as financial services, professional services, telecommunications/digital, logistic, amongst others. I am a professional trainer/facilitator, coach and psychometrician, and I use my extensive skillset to support my clients in a very personable manner.I am a passionate advocate for retaining female talent in the workplace during midlife, and beyond, and ensuring that organisations understand the impacts of the menopause on the individual and the workplace, being clear on their role in supporting and retaining great colleagues, throughout the hierarchy.I am excited about bringing together leadership and menopause in inspirational programs that build empathy, awareness and greater understanding of the human experience.
