A full generalist role handling disciplinary and grievance issues including dismissals, absence management, reviewing and updating policies, training needs analysis, designing and running management development workshops, contractual changes and giving general advice and guidance on the application of company policy.

This involved me in preparing material, delivery and giving feedback to students, some having English as a second language. For Milton Keynes College I ran Numeracy Basic Skills courses for adult learners. This involved programme planning and design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of learning.
