Our Korn Ferry representative said the program was, “A best in class example of using the tool.”• Managed the creation of a manufacturing technical training program which enabled recruitment from a wider applicant pool and reduction in time-to-fill positions, and a technical skill assessment program that resulted in targeted training and enablement of more complex manufacturing assembly.• Launched Mindful Moments program: 100% of participants who evaluated the program reported experiencing increased focus, ability to manage emotions throughout the rest of their day, and increased feelings of calm.• Co-created Manufacturing Lean Leaders training program. Realized quantifiable savings of time and money for the organization through improvements the participants were able to generate through their lean projects.
