I provide strategic management and consulting on key client accounts, participate in design assist services, forensic investigations, and project management, and offer expert opinions on water intrusion, construction defects, code compliance, and building maintenance.I am also the creator of the Building Enclosure Management Course, a tool to help architects, builders, and owners learn and apply real skills that allow for a successful building enclosure.
